Since Stephanie Perkins recently announced that Isla and the Happily Ever After has an official release date, I feel the need to spotlight Anna and the French Kiss, the first of this companion novel series. I read Anna in 2011 and fell in love with Anna and Etienne. Talk about swoon. Then I read Lola and sighed. Then I met Stephanie Perkins in 2012 and thought she was adorable. And ever since then I have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of Isla. Stephanie wrote about why there was a delay (click for link), and I completely respect her for it. But I'm super excited that Isla will finally be coming August 14th. Yay!

With that said, if you haven't had a chance to check out Anna and the French Kiss, I highly recommend it.
