I love your list! I considered Stephenie Meyer and Suzanne Collins on my list, too. I just didn't have enough room.

great choices! I only read the first book by Paolini, though. I was impressed that a kid wrote it, but...you could really tell a kid wrote it, as well, and there were a few errors I just couldn't get past enough to finish up the trilogy.
