  1. Uglies has been on my shelf for ages and I still want to read it, but somehow never actually do it. Graceling and Leviathan also seem incredibly good!

  5. Chaos Walking!!!!!!! LOVE that series! I started some of the others as well but that one stands out to me the most. Read it over the summer and would love to read it all over again. :)

  7. Good list. I've always wanted to get into the Uglies and this past summer, I found them all at my local bookstore and bought them so hopefully I will get to them sometime. I need to start reading Switched. That series looks fantastic and I have heard so many good things about it. I read Matched and didn't much care for it but I might read the second one soon. The Evernight series and The Darkest Powers series were both wonderful, even though I haven't finished the entire series yet. I have problems with reading sequels because I know there is going to more. Happy reading! Hope you get around to all of these series!

  8. I really need to get on the Scott Westerfield bandwagon - everyone loves him and I just haven't started him yet. Wonderful top 10, I found quite a few that would go on my list too! Graceling looks awesome!

  9. The only one I've read on your list is Uglies and I didn't read any farther in the series.

  10. I don't read much YA, so most of these titles I've never heard of, but good luck getting around to reading them.

  11. Ahhh you have to read The Darkest Power Series as well as the Trylle Series. I loved both those series.

  13. Thanks for stopping by my TTT.

Graceling and The Forest of Hands and Teeth are great. I've been disappointed with the Need series. And I just read the Trylle Trilogy!

  14. I don't even know where to start with commenting on this list...

I think the best here is The Forest of Hands and Teeth. I've read the first two and own the last, and they haven't let me down yet. They're not really scary, but they are a little creepy with a few great twists. I love them so much!

I wasn't that big on The Summoning and the other books, but I think that's because I was comparing them too much to Kelley Armstrong's Women of the Otherworld series which I thought were much better, but then they're aimed at an older audience.

I really did not get on with the Matched series. I've only read the first one, but it annoyed me so much that reading the second book isn't too likely! I didn't like the characters or the horrendous InstaLove, although I did really like the dystopian world they lived in.

Oh Graceling! I didn't see that one. It's an absolutely wonderful fantasy series, although maybe it's a little more adult than the others.

  15. I really liked the Uglies, but never read the last one. No more Tally = no more reading, thank you very much. She's in it, but why read it when she's not the main character?
